The Richards Group is a local real estate firm that was in need of a rebrand in highly competitive Toronto market. Connected specifically to the east-end community, the rebrand included identity redesign, website and marketing collateral, embracing their position as experts on all things in “EastTO”. Copy leveraged this language, and graphic elements symbollically captured the firm’s focus on Toronto’s east end by creatively incorporating local neighbourhood features.
